Живёт себе тихо - мирно и до поры до времени не знает, что в старом шкафу находится вход в таинственное подземелье и магическую комнату, из которой можно попасть в любую столицу мира. А на чердаке живёт добрый домовой Пиня, который знает все тайны дома...
