The film follows Robinson (Leon Dai), a very succesfull real estate broker, who lives in a modern hotel in Taipei. But all the success also hides a lonely man, whose relations are becoming distant, including friends and lovers; Robinson's dream is the Crusoe, an island on the Caribbean, which he wants to try purchase.
In an alternate turn of the 20th century, an attack on the Bank of England by men who appear to be German soldiers followed by an attack on a German Zeppelin factory by the same men this time dressed as British soldiers, leads Europe to the brink of war.
A mysterious and immortal Tibetan kung fu master, who has spent the last 60 years traveling around the world protecting the ancient Scroll of the Ultimate, mentors a selfish street kid in the ancient intricacies of kung fu.
