The singer-songwriter enjoyed a cult following in Chicago's club scene during the 1960s and '70s, remaining a relative unknown until hitting the charts in 1979 with "Sign of the Times." Callier took a break in the 1980s, but in 1991, the re-release of "I Don't Want to See Myself (Without You)" caused a sensation in Britain, spawning new interest in the talented artist.
