Deep in the jungle of Mato Grosso, in the upper course of the Xingu, this film follows preparations for a Jamurikumalu ritual: a festival of singing and dancing that is only performed by women. The problem is that the only woman who knows all the songs is seriously ill.
The movie is centered on a couple, Nader and Simin, and their 11-year-old daughter, Termeh. Nader and Simin are about to leave the country for good; however, Nader has a change of heart and decides to stay and look after his father who suffers from Alzheimer's disease.
Mumble the penguin has a problem: his son Erik, who is reluctant to dance, encounters The Mighty Sven, a penguin who can fly! Things get worse for Mumble when the world is shaken by powerful forces, causing him to brings together the penguin nations and their allies to set things right.
