An elderly man decides to fly. Under the disapproving gaze of his valet, he attempts his first experiment by jumping from a swing. Then, he launches himself down the stairs with wings strapped to his shoulders. The results are inconclusive. He tries a third time. Hanging from the hook of the ceiling light, he manages to fly with the help of his valet, who pushes him. But, carried away by the speed, he crashes through the window and ends up embedded in the chimney of the neighboring house. A final attempt, in which he falls onto a roof and lands two stories below, in the kitchens, puts an end to his experiments (Source: CNC Film Archive Summary).
