The Comeback of Barnacle Bill is a slapstick comedy whose storyline is perhaps a bit hard to follow given the extent of the damage, but it was directed by R.G. Phillips. The actors Sam Robinson, Yvonne Junior, and Samuel Jacks all make an appearance.
