Peter Hallam and Bob Greasley have a revolutionary formula for reducing the coal consumption of steam locomotives. Will they be able to prove their findings before their secret is stolen? Will they be able to foil the shady villains who are intent on blowing up the Border Express as it charges north on the Great Central main line from Nottingham Victoria? The Nottingham Amateur Cine Society pull out all the stops in this short action thriller made in 1934.
