It describes his passage through the picturesque plaza of Sayán, the town in the province of Chancay where he was received and cheered in gratitude for the public services they had received. It mentions that the citizens of Churín celebrated the construction policies that had improved the road and, in gratitude, presented the president with flowers and vicuñas. During his visit to Oyón, he toured the coal mines, inaugurated the mine, and inspected the workers' camps.
