The film begins with a brief history of the company’s P-51, F-86, and F-100 aircraft and then introduces the animated engineering team, including Mr. Speed, Mr. Flying Qualities, and Mr. Vibration. As the team reviews the projects, the cartoon humorously illustrates the compromises that are necessary to meet the design requirements.
