This Civil Defense films shows the results of atomic testing on houses at Yucca Flats, NV. Although the purpose of the film was to inform viewers of what rooms of the house to avoid in case of atomic attack, the film's failure to mention the dangers of radioactive fallout caused the government to have it pulled from circulation in 1959 and declared obsolete.
A jeweller is killed in a gang robbery leaving the daughter as the only witness. When the police can't build a case against him she decides to go undercover to infiltrate the home of the killer's brother.
"The Man from Cairo", a Michaeldavid production for distribution by Lippert, with Ray Enright the only credited director on the film print, finds Mike Canelli, the man from Cairo, nosing around Algiers with mystery surrounding the people he meets and the things he does and has done to him, all deriving from the war-time theft of $100,000,000 in gold which lies somewhere in the adjacent desert.
A comedy of manners, the film centers on virtuous actress Patty O'Neill, who meets playboy architect Donald Gresham on the observation deck of the Empire State Building and accepts his invitation to join him for drinks and dinner in his apartment.
