A Chinese scientist takes a plane to the United States of America to warn that China has the atomic bomb. On the way, however, the plane is intercepted by the Secret Service and shot down, falling over Italy. The scientist, who was saved, is later taken to his destination by a secret agent, but with much difficulty.
