Letha Manasulu or "Tender Hearts" is an adaptation of the films Twice Upon a Time and The Parent Trap. Satyabhama and Shekhar grow close after an unexpected incident. Their love stands the test of Satyabhama's mother, Kanaka Durgamma, and together they have two twin daughters, Lalli and Pappi.
