Based on Bjarne Reuter's 1975 juvenile novel, even broader comedy strokes are employed in the film version, but bright spark Bertram is still at the center of things when a nice but dubious uncle (he has a criminal record) takes all the kids of a working class family, hit with bad luck, away on an outing. A plot is cooked up to kidnap some rich kid. It works at first, but soon things get out of control.
There are fights, the taker qualities decide. Oliver Wnuk lets himself into a painful test in the lead role of the comedy "My father-in-law, the camper": To get his pregnant girlfriend's hand, he has to assert himself against her papa Hartmut, who openly wants someone else to be his bridegroom.
When a mysterious black goop reaches his idyllic undersea town, a brave and selfless parrot fish must cross the ocean to find its source and fix it before his coral reef is destroyed.
Done back-to-back with "Kidnapping", 1982, this family entertainment continues the saga of little Bertram's rather erratic and not always law-abiding family.
6-year-old Villads often runs into trouble because he loves to play, but most of the times the rules of Villads' playing are in conflict with the rules of the adults.
When two oddball strangers leave their lives behind to chase their Hollywood dreams, they discover that what they lack in talent, they make up for with determination and a shared delusion, leading to an unexpected friendship that will make them question the realities of chasing a dream.
Not unlike the other Warung Kopi (Warkop) comedies featuring (Dono, Kasino and Indro), this film is also made up of a series of comedic skits featuring plenty of pretty faces and beautiful bodies.
Dono, Kasino and Indro (the Warkop DKI comedy trio) are waiters at a restaurant owned by the parents of Yully, the girlfriend of Kasino.
