Taro Kobayashi is a third-year student at B University in Koshigaya City. Never in his life has he experienced either the joy or the heartbreak of romance, though he isn’t bitter about it. And so, as if by habit, another summer vacation begins. One day, Taro finds himself wandering onto the nearly deserted campus, where he notices a young woman practicing dance alone with remarkable dedication in the rhythm studio. Her name is Mai Kitazawa, a third-year member of B University’s Creative Dance Club.
