Rajesh Chopra "Farooq Shaikh" meets and falls for a young simple working girl Rashi "Surinder Kaur", an interior decorator. Rajesh mistakes that Rashi is a wealthy and well to do girl while she is buying an expensive carpet for her client. She tries to fake that identity in order to keep Rajesh interested in her. Rashi's boss gives her a responsibility to refurbish a flat of a client, who is away in Delhi for a week. This happens to be actually Rajesh's house but Rashi is not aware of it.
