Of all the stories in the world, perhaps the most memorable are those that tell of the celebration of Christmas and of the simple morals of giving and sharing inspired by the spirit of the season. In this program Captain Kangaroo shares with children an eclectic selection of classic tales of the Christmas season, among them the French legend "The Gift of the Little Juggler", Hans Christian Andersen's immortal "The Fir Tree", and Clement Moore's beloved poem "A Christmas Carol."
