After businessman Ram Pratap Singh (Raj Babbar) gives police information pertaining to a journalist's murder, gangster Jagmohan (Danny Denzongpa) goes to prison for the crime. Soon, Singh's life turns upside down when Jagmohan's cohorts begin peppering him with threats.
