Bonin,in his last film role before becoming a full-time pastor.It is a coming-of-age story revolves around three Arnis fighters participating in full contact matches.It was directed by Carlo J. Caparas.The term "Kamagong" in this film, refers to a pair of ebony sticks carved like blunted double edged swords. This weapons have a tradition of being used as an instrument of justice. The sticks themselves also represent benevolent qualities in the stick-fighter.
