The Wicked Witch of the West comes to Kansas (which looks suspiciously like Cosumnes River College) and steals Dorothy's dog, Toto. The Good Witch informs Dorothy that the witch moral code dictates she be given a chance to win Toto back. Begrudgingly, the Wicked Witch orders Dorothy to visit Storybook Land and correctly guess (with the help of viewers between the ages of two and 12) the identities of ten classic storybook characters. Dorothy travels to Storybook Land and teams up with her old pals - the Scarecrow; Tin Woodsman; and Cowardly Lion - before embarking on her latest adventure. Along the way, she'll meet such fanciful personalities as the rapping Little Boy Blue, the beautiful Rapunzel, and, of course, Pinnochio [sic].
