Olivia's only friends at Orderly Mansion are Charlie the Horse and Barnaby the Stablehand. When Olivia wants her own special birthday song, Barnaby makes her one, but Snitch the Evil Caretaker tries to keep her from hearing it. The story of one girl's search for the perfect birthday song features the voices of rock star Roger Daltrey as Barnaby and Ed Asner as Charlie the friendly horse.
