A provincial town. The criminal boss is concerned about a series of minor terrorist attacks that have recently begun to accompany him. Suspecting that someone from his former entourage is behind this, the boss gives the command to attract a cleaner. This cleaner turns out to be a nice woman Vera, who enthusiastically takes up the search for a terrorist. Together with their friend — a cheerful dolt Dima — they will go through fire and water, and come out to Serge, the former partner of the boss, who has good reasons for revenge.
