Not surprisingly, Jørgen Leth became fascinated by Katherine Dunham (1909-2006), an African-American anthropologist, dancer and choreographer living in Haiti. Dunham was politically engaged and a powerful personality. Unfortunately, at the time it proved impossible to raise the money to produce a film portrait. This pilot has survived on a battered VHS cassette. Footage from a dance seminar in East St. Louis is complemented with interviews with Dunham and other black dancers. The producer Terry Carter is working on having the planned Dunham film accomplished.
Lloyd and Harry are two men whose stupidity is really indescribable. When Mary, a beautiful woman, loses an important suitcase with money before she leaves for Aspen, the two friends (who have found the suitcase) decide to return it to her.
Peter Sandmann, the charming owner of a marriage institute, is a brilliant matchmaker. His problem: all the candidates would love to share a table and bed with him straight away, but the lively mini-playboy is extremely reluctant to exchange rings.
This film is based on the actual events referred to as the "Mühlviertler Hasenjagd" (Hare-hunt in the Mühlviertel) which occurred in February 1945 around the Mauthausen concentration camp.
Sayoko had a hidden side. Sayoko was assaulted by her boss, Kamijou, and she continued their relationship, and Kamijou's sexual play turned her into a woman.
