Real life sisters Sandra Kennedy and Jessica LeMonte play hookers Debbie and Pam, respectively. Charlie forces them to play his twisted game of riddles and bobbing for gattacks. Each time he gives a riddle, Pam must answer it or Debbie will be electrocuted. And then Debbie must bob for gattacks and retrieve them from the bottom of the tub or her friend will be strangled. Charlie then visits a house of prostitution and murders the madame (Ilona Kovacs) and waits for two of her call girls (CJ DiMarsico and Lora Renee Miller) in order to continue his revenge.
