After spending years on the streets of inner-city Baltimore and relying on crime to get by, longtime friends Jay (Jerome "Ro" Brooks), Rodey (Aquil Oseitutu) and Sean (Star Spangled) turn their lives around by opening up a successful nightclub. But when the city threatens to shut them down, they're forced to resurrect old behavior to keep their dream from evaporating. Derick Thomas and Marjorie Morgan co-star.
