Two ex-partner detectives join forces to hunt down a vicious serial killer targeting the members of a drug cartel. Meanwhile, the last surviving member of the infamous Barrio Angelz, a group of girls who smuggle drugs on their motorcycles, embarks on a deadly mission. Having killed a major drug cartel member in order to save her own life, Angel must take out the head of a competing drug cartel. But first she must get a crash course in assassination by a legendary assassin known only as The Shadow Dragon. How long will Angel last once she learns that the man who is supposed to be her saving grace is actually the one responsible for killing her parents?
