This short film is based on the book by Mike Albo and Virginia Heffernan. Albo plays both the role of the Underminer, a passive aggressive backhanded antagonist whose sole purpose is to cast self-doubt onto the Undermined.
Notorious Baltimore criminal and underground figure Divine goes up against Connie & Raymond Marble, a sleazy married couple who make a passionate attempt to humiliate her and seize her tabloid-given title as "The Filthiest Person Alive".
The film is a compressed animation parody of Miklós Jancsó's stylised historical choreographies, in which those facing execution and the executioners trade places as the political compass changes direction cynically.
A pawnbroker's assistant deals with his grumpy boss, his annoying co-worker and some eccentric customers as he flirts with the pawnbroker's daughter, until a perfidious crook with bad intentions arrives at the pawnshop.
Charley Chase is obsessed with a woman, however his attempt to meet her father is complicated by an asylum escapee.
