Reunited North Carolina-based progressive metallers CONFESSOR will release their "Live in Norway" DVD on May 15 in Europe and June 13 in the USA and rest of the world. "The footage [which was filmed in late September 2005 in Oslo, Norway] has beed edited and the mix is all finished up," the band write on their web site. "We are very excited that the DVD will be in 5.1 Surround Sound! So those of you with killer speakers should get the true live CONFESSOR experience. The DVD will include CONFESSOR studio footage, the music video for 'Wig Stand', including interviews with the characters and crew, and a special 'drum deconstruction' section by Steve Shelton." The film follows a petty rock band called the Winners, consisting of vocalist Joey Winner, bassist Jennifer, guitarist Tyler, drummer Sam, and French-Canadian roadie Hugo, along with their sleazy manager Jeff, as they tour across Canada and the USA after Jennifer is turned into a vampire by Queeny.
