When Danny Taylor gives 12 year old Markus Bauer the Action Man known as Sergeant Jeff Muscles, Markus has no idea of the adventures that he is about to be plunged into. Dealing with a couple of bullies is the least of his problems, soon he finds himself being chased by a gang of Chicago crooks and even being shot by one of them!
