Some Filipino ambulance drivers express the belief that running over stray animals in the streets on the way to the hospital will save the life of a dying patient. One of these drivers, played by Alan Paule, puts this superstition to the test with a terrible twist in desperate circumstances. A gripping and disastrous course of events then unfolds.
