Bollyrobics: Dance Workout Trailer (2007)

11 September 2007 103 mins

Indian dance elements from well known bollywood movies are bounded to a rousing, sudorific, sexy choreography. Bollyrobics is a new kind of workout. It combines training of coordination, strength and stamina with a large amount of sensuality. The original soundtrack from Andrew Lloyd Webbers "Bombay Dreams" and the bollywood movie "Indian Love Story - Tomorrow may never be" provide music to 3 dances with a scaling level of difficulty and unique style varying from rhythmic-dynamic over playful-sensual to athletic-powerful. Each of the 3 dances are introduced by a detailed step-by-step program, warm-up and cool-down are shaping the workout.
