A Mexican college student starts his own fraternity in a bid to score with some sexy coeds in this outrageous sex comedy. Jaime Sanchez (Juan Perez) is from Brooklyn. He's looking forward to college, but he never expected the culture shock that's about to come with his higher education. Upon arriving at a predominately white mid-western college, Jaime learns that getting in with the cool kids isn't as easy as it looks in the movies. But Jaime isn't about to give up his one big chance to impress the campus cuties, and before long the horny freshman and his new roommate have founded Alpha Cinco De Mayo Delta, and entered into a fierce competition with the Kappa Kappa Kappa fraternity in order to determine who throws the wildest parties on campus.
