Four people voluntarily spend 24 straight hours stocked with piles of drugs and gallons of alcohol. Passing the time through nonstop games of dominoes, the four slowly descend into a narcotic abyss, and their dark sides surface quickly. Eventually a series of hallucinations turns the experience into a nightmare for all involved.
