1982 saw James Last and his orchestra undertake a huge worldwide tour. On return to his homeland of Germany the cameras were rolling to film the concert at the vast outdoor Waldbühne in Berlin. As ever James Last proves he is the complete entertainer with a programme that includes fun, romance and spectacle in equal measures. Also included on the disc is the legendary film following James Last & his orchestra on their trip to Russia in the early seventies, one of the first western artists ever to play there.
