"The Road to Truth" is a film dedicated to Lech Wałęsa composed of materials from Polish Film Chronicles, fragments of documentaries from the 1980s, and previously unpublished materials that, for various reasons, have never been shown to a wider audience. Audiovisual materials describe, among others: events around the signing of the August Agreements and the registration of "Solidarity", the inauguration of the Round Table (here are photos rather from the sidelines of the meeting), George Bush's visit to Poland, the private life of the Wałęsas.
