Егор, у которого в последнее время не ладится ни бизнес, ни личная жизнь, подговаривает Ивана пожить его жизнью, а ему уступить свою, деревенскую, жизнь.Как ни странно, прямодушному трактористу удается то, чего так долго не мог добиться бизнесмен. Красавица-жена снова смотрит на «мужа» с любовью, дети узнают «отца» как строгого и принципиального человека, а конкуренты терпят одно поражение за другим.
