Rita, a blind child, shelters a boy on the run who suddenly breaks into her home. It's a mysterious, enigmatic meeting that lets Rita experience a brief moment of freedom.
"A Place for Ashes" is the story of two sisters: Phoebe, an anxiety-ridden college dropout with a guarded personality, and her younger sister Taylor, a bubbly micromanager with a sunny disposition.
The story follows an elderly man on his deathbed who gives his young grandson a pocket watch and warns the boy against the dangers of letting time slip away.
On a chilly Sunday morning, a man awakens to the mischievous stare of a unicorn that seems to have come straight out of his dreams.
