Who Killed Amanda Palmer? Trailer (2009)

"A Surrealist Mini-Mystery by Michael Pope" 16 June 2009 Music 37 mins

A series of five interconnected music videos directed by longtime collaborator Michael Pope. Shot as a continuous narrative, the sequence blends surrealist imagery, dark humor, and emotional symbolism to explore the album’s recurring themes of death, identity, and transformation. Rather than presenting the songs as isolated pieces, Pope crafts a fluid, theatrical arc—part music video, part avant-garde film—that threads together “Astronaut,” “Runs in the Family,” “The Point of It All,” “Strength Through Music,” and “Guitar Hero.”
