After the mysterious deaths of his cousins Amanda and Giovanna Goycochea, Leandro arrives at the Miraflores house where they both lived, unaware that the skull of Countess Elizabeth Bathory is hidden in the basement. Following a strange series of events and investigations, Leandro discovers that all those who inhabited the house were seduced by the countess's spirit, performing all sorts of demented rituals and accepting her bloody legacy.
