Undocumented Honduran cleaner Maria navigates a precarious life in Germany, separated from her children. Upon learning of their abuse back home, she scrapes loans to bring them over, facing housing, schooling, and isolation challenges. As her world unravels, a sympathetic employer offers unexpected support.
