Yuu, who had transferred to Tsubasa Industry, had quit baseball and was bored. At that time, he meets an older woman named Nagisa and falls in love with her. Yuu doesn't know where Nagisa is or who she is, but she promises that Yamaken and the others who have become her friends will find her. Yuu was able to befriend Nagisa through Yamaken's scheme, but Nagisa had a yakuza pimp. When Yuu visits Nagisa's apartment, Nagisa is being by Kuramoto, an executive who is a pimp's big brother. Yuu is furious and punches Kuramoto. Yuu and Nagisa tried to elope, but were caught by Kuramoto and the others. There, Yuu is demanded an unreasonable alimony. A battle between the yakuza and the students breaks out!
