Icaria, the communist utopia created by Etienne Cabet in the XIX century, vanished long time ago. Driving the route of a Spanish follower of Cabet from Europe to the egalitarian commune in Texas during the 2010 Christmas season, we found ourselves traveling not only through the rests of the utopia but through the twilight of the American dream.
