Deng and his younger brother Dodoy are orphaned in an early age. As a witness to his father's death he is constantly haunted by deep traumas that are triggered by the sound of dogs barking. He goes home one day and finds out that his brother's medicine has ran out. Deng will work out through the day to make money.
