Three adolescent boys are up to no good when Cao Zi finds out that love, as it turns out, doesn’t exist. His mother quickly decides to marry the local successful businessman, Zhu Laosan, after Cao’s real father finds himself out of a job. Together with his companions and partners in crime, a sympathetic tough kid (Jiu Yi) and a quirky little boy (Brother Hou), Cao does everything in his power to prevent the marriage from happening.
