Kenny and Kevin Phillips just made it to college. The Dean lets them know that their father's tuition check has bounced and they're in jeopardy of being expelled. After stumbling into a dumped package of medical marijuana they start supplying stoners for the tuition money but end up getting carried away. The owner of the package wants his his stuff back, the campus police has gotten wind of their escapades, their tuition is past due, and their church going mother finds out what they're up to resulting in a hilarious comedy. In the tradition of Friday, Cheech and Chong and Harold and Kumar. Featuring television star Todd Bridges of Diff'rent Strokes and Everybody Hates Chris.
