Helium Harvey is a curious boy exploring his backyard. He spots a balloon and has the brilliant idea to change his voice with a simple breath of helium. As he breaths in, things take a wild turn. The helium fills him up turning Harvey into a balloon. He floats up higher and higher, taking flight on an airborne adventure around the world.
