For just a few cents, legions of cheap and willing workers from all over the world will competitively carry out human intelligence tasks. Operating from dispersed home offices and disparate bedrooms stretching across the globe this invisible workforce has unknowingly been assigned the task of constructing a film depicting the atomised city they now occupy. They have photographed their workspaces, documented their daily lives and recorded their most intimate fears and desires.
