Hiro and Mamoru are young cops who are privately gay, and Mamoru is in love with Hiro. One day, when Hiro follows a masked guy, he is raped by the guy, and his gun gets stolen. It turns out that the criminal is Kageyama, a megalomaniac fanatic whose mission is to make a gay world by raping straight men!
