Saving Fairmount is a documentary film and ongoing revitalization project dedicated to preserving and restoring downtown Fairmount, Indiana—the childhood hometown and final resting place of Hollywood icon James Dean. The initiative was sparked by Main Street Fairmount to motivate fans and locals to help fund the upkeep of the town’s historic charm.
