Parvaz Mustavi, a South Azerbaijani, decides to start organizing weddings in Baku. When he brings an expensive, rare car inherited from his father from Iran to Baku for rent, it is stolen halfway through the journey. After losing the car and facing bankruptcy, Parvaz and his partner Yaver meet the country's most ruthless car scammers.
