The conflict between the two over the presidency intensified and eventually escalated into an internal power struggle. Due to Toraji’s underhanded schemes, Ryugen was arrested. Seizing this opportunity to seize control and rapidly expand his influence, Toraji ran wild, leaving the gang in turmoil. Amidst this chaos, Ryugen—burning with a desire for revenge against Toraji—was released on bail and returned to the gang. Another fierce storm was about to rage within the organization...
